This has to be one of the most common questions that I get when talking to people at social events. It seems as though people often have an idea of what is good and sometime just looking for some reassurance, however my suggestion is that you should be listening to your body. If you depend on caffeine to get through the day then it is likely to much. There is also the social component of coffee catch ups that cannot be understated, we are creates of connection and connecting with a friend can be excellent therapy, but have a read and make up your own mind.
