Bacon and Cauliflower Alfredo

Comfort food soothes deep into the bones, this dish is no exception. The simple ingredients and easy cook method will make Bacon and Cauliflower Alfredo a popular dish. 







Bacon and Cauliflower Alfredo

One head of riced cauliflower

450 grams of uncured bacon, without nitrates and added nitrites

Four chopped onions

One cup of peas

Three chopped carrots

Two cups cheddar cheese, shredded


(Make riced cauliflower by putting one head of cauliflower into a food processor and pulse until riced)


Mix one head of riced cauliflower, one pound of sauteed bacon, one cup of peas, cooked onions and three chopped carrots.

Spread ingredients into a glass 9 x 13 pan.

Top with cheddar cheese and cook at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
