4 apples (peeled and de-cored)
4 pears (peeled and de-cored)
1 kiwi fruit
1 teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter)
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
½ teaspoon of cardamom
1 teaspoon of grated ginger (fresh)
4 fresh dates
1 tablespoon of raisins
¼ cup of water
Directions:
