Ingredients:
500 g minced liver
500 g minced lard
1 grated onion
2 eggs ½ liter cream (I use kefir cream)
4 anchovy fillets
Allspice
Salt and pepper

Here's how you do it:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into a mold, which is placed in a baking tray with water in it. Bake it at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes. Test with a needle into the liver pâté. If there is nothing on the needle, it is finished.
You can add a cheeky slice of bacon onto the top.
